Privacy Policy

What data we collect

• Account data: your email address and, optionally, your name — to sign you in and to contact you.
• Marketplace API keys (Wildberries, Ozon) that you add yourself — used only to load your store's data. Keys are stored encrypted and are never shared with third parties. Read-only keys are sufficient.
• Store data retrieved with your keys: sales, orders, stock, advertising, reviews — to build the analytics in your dashboard.
• Technical data: session cookies and anonymized visit statistics (pages, device) — to keep sign-in working and improve the service. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

How we use the data

• We show your store's analytics only to you, in your dashboard.
• We run the automations you enabled yourself (bidder, repricer).
• We send service notifications (email, Telegram — if you connected it).
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties and do not use it for advertising.

Payments

Subscription payments are processed by payment providers (Ameriabank, YooKassa). Bank card details are handled on the provider's side and never reach our servers.

Storage and protection

• Data is stored on secured servers; access is over HTTPS.
• API keys are encrypted; passwords are not stored (sign-in with a one-time code).
• Regular encrypted backups are performed.

Data deletion

You can delete your account and all related data yourself in your profile settings, or write to [email protected] — deletion is irreversible.
